Nashville TN to. Memphis, TN

Views of Memphis from our room- very nice views.

We headed out this morning for Memphis and got here around 3:00. We stayed on I-40 for a while and them took a side road that was a bit more scenic. As in Nashville, we are staying downtown within walking distance of Beale street where all the action is.

But.......before heading to Memphis we took an early morning walk to Centennial Park in Nashville where there is a Parthenon replica- very cool.

Radford, VA to Nashville, Tennessee

We began our trip today from Radford after a visit with Kathryn and Bean. We traveled on I-81 

to I-40 all the way to Nashville, arriving at 4:30. We are getting ready to hit Broadway for some dinner and a good brew or two! After much trial and error, I have figured out how to load photos onto the blog text.
