Dayton, Ohio to Yankton, SD via John and Carmen's and George and Ann's

For the past two days we've been visiting friends and relatives along the way. We stayed with John and Carmen and their two children in St. Joseph, Illinois on Wednesday. Carmen was out of town for work, but John's mom Millie was there and we know her from home. It was the first time we visited John and Carmen's at the same time. From there we headed to see my nephew George and his family on Thursday in Des Moine Iowa. This morning we headed west and are now in Yankton, SD.

 

Above you will see Cleve's favorite dog- it is a good thing we are on a motorcycle, otherwise I think he would kidnap him and take him with us!

Below is my nephew George and his great family of four children. We were entertained by the two little ones especially!! We had a great southern barbeque dinner with just George and Drake.

 

Tonight in Yankton there is a tractor parade- so there were dozens of tractors coming into town from all directions!!

 

Tomorrow we'll make our way across South Dakota towards Mt. Rushmore and Wind Cave National Park which we plan to see on Sunday.
