Mt. Baker, Washington

We are in an Airbnb and what a great spot at the base of  Mt. Baker in the Cascades. We took a drive tto the top and played in the snow for a while. We also took a great hike that wasn't far- Horseshoe Trail. It was like being in a fairy land with trees and moss and bridges for the trolls to live under! The snow is still 20 feet deep in places making some restrooms unavailable. Be sure to check out the picture of us with the wall of snow behind us. We saw people skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and sliding in the still massive amounts of snow. The Mt. Baker ski area was closed, however.
First stop was a great breakfast spot-
