Trois-Pistoles to Quebec City- Quebec

Bonjour! We are working on our french. My favorite line is "je ne parle francais!" No really, we are trying to communicate. We had dinner at a restaurant with a menu in french. There were a few things we recognized, like lasagna, spaghetti, and quiche-we went with quiche.

We checked into our motel near the old section of the city and started touring on foot- how good it felt to walk! We checked out the Citadel and will have a guided tour there tomorrow. We also had the great fortune of attending a free performance of Cirque du Soleil- uner the freeway. It was awesome!!

Check out the roof- these are all over the Quebec province. They are so cute. This is a cafe we stopped at on the way to Quebec city.

OMG- have you seen what these kids can do?? Photos don't even begin to capture their talents. From hula hoops, to trampolines, to tightropes and more- absolutely mesmerizing!
