Salem, Or- last day of the BMW rally

We stayed at the rally today, checking out bikes, sitting in on seminars and enjoying the food and company. We stayed through closing ceremonies, hoping to win one of the great prizes, but no winners today!! They were giving away tours to Europe, Africa, Central America...etc, as well as gear and motorcycles.

 

We posed with Ozzie who owns the dealership in Chico, CA where we took our bike to get the brakes fixed. He was here with antique racing bikes that he used to ride.

This bike has an espresso maker in the top case!

 I would love to see this one going down the road!

 

Tomorrow, we head towards Washington (state) and await the coming of grandbaby boy Jones in Chicago- due anytime now!!
